There are certain things you can do to help yourself heal, besides just diet changes.  And today, we are looking at these other steps you can take to heal yourself.  This comes in attachment to Shawn’s mold illness recovery story.  She shares her insight as to what she did and changed about her life to get where she is today…the healthiest she has ever been.  It wasn’t just about taking medication or changing her diet.  It was SO much more than that and certain things that not many people are doing yet.  She adopted a ketogenic diet, changed her stress levels, moved homes, took supplements, BUT it was the changes she made to her mindset that really lead to healing.  

We then move on to a listener question about eating intuitively when meal prepping food for an entire week.
