We tackle some awesome listener questions today, but first Shawn shares her experience with being on a keto diet during her vacation and what that looked like for her.  She shares how she was able to view it not like a diet at all and how that helped her enjoy her vacation and all of the food she was eating, while staying in ketosis and reaping the benefits of a ketogenic diet.

Next, we look at the reasons you may be waking up at night and how it all comes back to blood sugar disregulation.  Once you can balance your blood sugar with a high-fat diet, your sleep issues will most likely disappear.

We follow that up with a conversation about eating enough food, how to increase the amount of food you are eating, how to know when it’s not enough or too much.
