At some point, we’ve all struggled with body image issues, feeling judged, or having comments made to us about our bodies. We’ve let the scale dictate how we feel about ourselves and attached an emotion to that arbitrary number. Daniele De La Valle is trying to change that deeply engrained mentality for us to help see our bodies for what they really are and what they can do.
