This episode’s theme is “Let Go” where we talk all about the ways in which letting go of thoughts, feelings, opinions, stress, and emotion all contribute to reaching the true health and happiness that so many of us desire.  We talk specifically about autoimmune diseases and how sometimes those following the autoimmune protocol can actually cause themselves more illness because of the stress it causes.  Also, how following a paleo diet and being too strict about it can negate the positive health benefits.  Then, we both talk about our rock bottoms and how reaching those really helped us learn to let go.  Its an awesome episode!
