There’s so many different guidelines and recommendations out there in regards to the foods we eat and the affects they may have on our health.  In this week’s episode, we are going to break through the myths we’ve been hearing, simplify them, and explain what is really going on in the body when these foods are consumed.  Today, we tackle the overconsumption of water and some negative side effects that can happen from drinking too much water.  We then move on to salt and discuss why this important mineral has gotten a bad rap over the years.  Next, it’s on to the all important topic of fat and cholesterol!  Does it actually matter how much cholesterol you eat?  And lastly, what is the difference between white and brown rice and which one is better?
