Healing diets, like AIP, GAPS, low FODMAP, and SCD, are very helpful tools to symptom management and gut healing…some of the time.  In today’s episode, we go over when a healing diet is necessary, who it can help, and how to manage it.  We also talk about food sensitivities, how food sensitivity testing works, and what to do once you find out the foods you are sensitive to.  And, how to eat intuitively when doing these types of diets are after finding out your food sensitivities.  If you have been on a healing diet for awhile with no resolution, you must listen to this episode!
