Our guest today, Katie Dalebout, struggled with body image, diet, exercise, and weight obsession but was able to dig herself out of it and focus on the finer things in life.  She now has a passion for helping others do the same.  Today, we talk to her about what steps she took to get out of that obsessive behavior.  We also chat about journaling and what role that played in her life change and living her dreams.  It was such an important part of her life that she wrote a book about it, Let It Out, so we also learn all about the book too!
