#86 – how to get a normal period + signs you are overexercising and undereating + liver detox


We’re back to listener questions this week and have some great ones to share with you!  First, we get to the root cause of one listener’s lingering symptoms by looking closer into her diet and exercise routine.  There are some definite signs of overexercising and undereating going on!  Next, we dive into reasons why one of our listener’s may be having a hard time getting her period back after years of amenorrhea.  Hint: it’s all about the MINDSET.  After that, we give some simple tips to detox the liver, and also what it means when you have lower right abdominal pain.
