Our guest today is a special one, and not just because she’s a really good friend of ours.  Ali Reti has a really important message that not enough of us are hearing.  She is going against the grain of what a lot of personal trainers, fitness professionals, and exercise instructors will tell you.  It’s not about how hard, how long, or how much you workout that matter.  It’s about finding what you love, listening to your body, and giving yourself the freedom to not chase perfection in the gym.  

Our conversation with Ali is about busting through some of the fitness myths we have been led to believe.  We get some actionable steps to take to makeover your relationship with exercise and start moving in a way that feels really good.

We are all huge supporters of intuitive movement and not beating yourself up in the gym, so this conversation was a passionate one for all three of us!
