We’re continuing the discussion on how we have evolved over the past 2 years since starting the podcast, but this time talking about our workout changes and mindset shifts.  We have both had some pretty drastic changes in how we workout and similar reasons why…hitting rock bottom.  From this place, we were able to learn the value of intuitive exercise, rest, and movement for health vs. aesthetics.  

We then move on to discuss mindset shifts we’ve made because of the health issues we’ve had over the years and how that has impacted our health and happiness.
