In a funk? How to get out. — Ep. 45

by | May 18, 2020 | Podcast

We all know them, we all have them, no one is immune to them, and they’re not at all a bad thing — funks. Understandably, I’ve noticed more people being “in a funk” lately (myself included), so I thought it would be the appropriate time to break down what to do when you’re in a funk, how to get yourself out, AND how to use the experience to raise your vibration for the long haul.

In this episode, I’m walking you through my 7 steps to get out of a funk, starting with the most important step — fully acknowledging you’re in a funk and allowing yourself to be there. From there, we can figure out what we need, what feels good and take action to move into a better feeling place when we’re ready.
