At some point in life, the universe will hand you a challenge so physically, mentally, emotionally, and even financially draining that you will feel like there’s no way out. This is what I like to call a rock bottom moment.
Here’s the thing about rock bottom moments: they’re hard and awful at the time, but also an amazing opportunity for learning and growth.
Many of you know I went through my own rock bottom moment just a few years ago. Since then, SO much has changed for me—business success, meeting my life partner, overcoming health issues—much of which I attribute to the things I learned from that rock bottom moment.
In this episode, I’m going to share with you everything I learned from this experience in the case at some point you need to navigate your own rock bottom moment.
