It’s common knowledge that stress is at least partly to blame for most of our physical symptoms, especially as women. When we think of stress, we don’t often realize that one of the biggest contributors to our stress lies in what’s going on in our headspace. Our beliefs, thoughts, and emotions drive stress in our bodies, keeping us stuck physically, mentally, and emotionally.
