Body image is a reflection of a person’s emotional attitude and perception of their own physical body. However, body image is more than just the outside appearance, it also has something to do with the inner beliefs of a person about his or her own body and this often times result to body shame.
In this episode, I am joined by a very special guest, Stephanie Dodier, a clinical nutritionist and an intuitive eating expert. Stephanie shared very valuable insights about understanding body shame and dieting behavior so you can heal, overcome and harness your inner potential.
