The holiday season, especially this year, won’t be like the usual ones. The year 2020 has been very challenging to us in every aspect of our lives, physically, emotionally, mentally and we are all just ready to face the new year ahead. But how about celebrating this holiday season by choosing to be mindful and staying present despite everything that has been going on?
