The feeling of belongingness and being accepted is one of the most important aspects of a human being to most people. Dating back to ancient times, we are more likely to survive and thrive in groups. However, there are times that what others think of us takes on a lot of importance more than what we think of ourselves.
In this episode, I shared tips and practices on how you can be more conscious so you can stop caring what others think. Although wanting to be positively thought of is not a bad thing, these practices will help you get worrying of what other people think out of the centerstage.
