8 Things I Learned From My Rock Bottom Moment — Ep. 88

At some point in life, the universe will hand you a challenge so physically, mentally, emotionally, and even financially draining that you will feel like there’s no way out. This is what I like to call a rock bottom moment.

Here’s the thing about rock bottom moments: they’re hard and awful at the time, but also an amazing opportunity for learning and growth.

Many of you know I went through my own rock bottom moment just a few years ago. Since then, SO much has changed for me—business success, meeting my life partner, overcoming health issues—much of which I attribute to the things I learned from that rock bottom moment.

In this episode, I’m going to share with you everything I learned from this experience in the case at some point you need to navigate your own rock bottom moment.

“I made it a point to really do what I needed to do to focus on what’s good.” – Shawn Mynar

“Nothing matters more to me than being able to have my life back. If that happy, healthy life also includes me paying off debt for the rest of my life, fine, I do not care and I just want to feel good.” – Shawn Mynar

“I deserve to live my life fully and completely and from this place of love and acceptance no matter what size my pants are, no matter how I look physically, I still get to live the best life ever.” – Shawn Mynar

“I got in touch with who I was beyond my physical body and I celebrated my inner voice and I nurtured my inner being.” – Shawn Mynar
